Cant upload project backup from C drive

Describe the bug

Cant upload project backup from C drive. drag and drop not working and there is no upload button i can locate.

Expected behavior

expect to see project populated for c drive backup

Parity with Local

• I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
