Hi Gaurav,

Thanks kindly for making this, it has been a great starting point for me. Please let me know if there's a good way to pay this forward, happy for example to submit pull requests for fixes and additional functionality.

Otherwise your help in ensuring I'm setting up attribution in the right way would be appreciated. I'm leaving all the copyrights on files although I'm editing them quite a bit. Is that sufficient?
