During team development, or in PPT code explanation, or a code preview server, we only need to preview code files and download code files. it do not need to open code-server back-end services.
there are many javaScript library which implemented this function( preview local folder code and download it). but they don't have vscode many function.
surf just can read github/gitlab repo files, I suggest we can add a function to open a current system workspace folder or another.
