Only one Bitkit PR has ever linked its Figma frame. Agent-driven reviews compare UI changes against the Bitkit - Handoff vNN page and need the frame link as the starting point; without it they fall back to name matching.

### Design section with the Figma frame link(s) for UI changes.
AGENTS.md rule: agent-opened UI PRs fill the Design section from the screens map./pr command adds the section automatically.- Reviews may leave one advisory comment asking for the link when a UI diff has none; it never blocks.
