Migration Guide: Testing Playground Chrome Store link is broken

In the "Migrate from Enzyme" documentation (migrate-from-enzyme.mdx), the Chrome Web Store link for the Testing Playground extension is broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the React Testing Library migration guide: migrate-from-enzyme.mdx
2. Click on the Testing Playground extension link
3. See error page

Thanks for reporting this one.. It looks like the extension isn't available in the app store anymore. We'll try to investigate that.

Unfortunately I don't. They've suspended my account and removed the extension. I've reached out to them a few days ago, and their team is working on recovery.

I'll keep you posted here about any progress.

Should be back now 😅 . Now all that's left, is upgrading the manifest version.

As of May 10th, 2025, the extension is still not available. @smeijer

@Victor-Nyagudi it was available again, but now it's delisted due to the required manifest upgrade. Unfortunately, I don't have the time at this moment to take care of that.

Is this an architectural issue? In other words, are we relying on any APIs only in v2? If not, this should be easy for another contributor to fix.
