The shared pstack and mstack project workflow is merged but is not available in npm 0.3.0. This prepares 0.4.0, synchronizes the npm and Codex plugin versions, adds upgrade notes, and changes the adoption examples to use the released CLI.
Validation: 165 tests pass with one expected Unix-only skip on Windows. Package checks and both pinned-source integrity checks pass. The release changes only version metadata and documentation; the implementation already passed the full Node 18/22 CI matrix and meta-mode checks in #14.
An independent fresh tarball install passed 17 command checks, including both npm bins, policy initialization and wrappers, the exported checker, and Windows junction launchers. After CI and review, create the matching GitHub Release from the merged commit. The maintainer will publish the verified tarball to npm.
