Updates the current release pointers after website PR78 deployed and passed production desktop/mobile checks. Records the exact Vercel deployment and rollback, all native download links, current issue5 update and fresh cohort snapshot. Removes completed website promotion from remaining work while preserving independent operator reviews, external upgrade evidence, human payout consent and approved compensation as unfinished. Documentation only; diff check and full-history Gitleaks pass (147 commits). No runtime, schema, economic or authority changes.
