Bump happy-dom to 21.0.4 - #4

The sdk pins happy-dom exactly; the lockfile is regenerated with npm from the registry. The one breaking change of 21 (CSS and iframe loading are off by default) does not affect the existing tests.

Bumps happy-dom from 20.14.5 to 21.0.4 in packages/sdk (exact pin, as before) and regenerates package-lock.json with npm from the registry.
Takes pulp#395.
The one breaking change of 21 (CSS and iframe loading are off by default) does not affect the existing tests; npm test passes in the sdk and at the root.
