Summary

Brings this repo's workflows in line with upstream Acode: PR CI runs only fast checks, and APKs are built by nightly and on-demand preview releases.

  • ci.yml: drops the 3-APK Android matrix and the macOS iOS job. It now runs spelling, Biome, unit tests, typecheck and translations, like upstream. Java setup stays because nativeSearchProcessing.test.js compiles Java when javac is present.
  • native-tests.yml (new): runs native tests for the platform a PR or main push touches (platforms/**, dev/**, SSH fixtures, package.json/lockfile). Android runs the Gradle unit tests for paid/store, free/store and paid/F-Droid, without building an APK. iOS runs the existing simulator tests and iPad checks. It also runs in full daily at 05:00 UTC and on manual dispatch, which catches native breakage from src/ changes.
  • nightly-build.yml: selects the edition with androidPackageId. The old npm pkg set name=… did nothing, so the "free" CI build was actually paid. Also installs the required Android SDK packages, as the old CI job did.

Match upstream Acode: ci.yml keeps only fast checks (spelling, Biome,
unit tests, typecheck, translations). Native tests move to a new
native-tests.yml that runs only the platform a PR touches, plus a daily
and manual full run. APKs are built only by nightly and on-demand
preview releases.

Also select the Android edition via androidPackageId (npm pkg set name
was a no-op, so the free build was actually paid) and install the
required Android SDK packages in the nightly build.
sdkmanager is not on PATH on GitHub's Ubuntu runners, so call it from
ANDROID_HOME. Allow Apple's udid in typos and fix the onSucess typo.
fromKey was removed from ServiceName; Bridge resolves services through
the registry map, so the test now only checks keys are unique.
