Pins GNN interoperability to released v5.0.1 and its exact source commit, rejecting altered, missing, extra, replaced or hidden source inputs. The real parser runs in an isolated interpreter with a private bytecode prefix. Dashboard Ctrl-C now works with inherited ignored signals and across worker-start/completion races, each request permit is released once, and capture binding requires the exact checkout root. Unused compatibility exports and duplicated dated guidance are removed; measurement-bound adapters and necessary historical explanations remain.
Rebuilds the 1.0.0 PDF, HTML and link companions from audited source 7f1cb5f, checkpoint 34b7d2d. A bibliography comment that caused real BibTeX failure is repaired without changing citation entries; actual compiler logs and malformed-entry controls are checked. Availability text identifies Zenodo as an unpublished DOI reservation. Scientific ledger, models, corpora and formal inputs remain unchanged.
Validation:
The flat source snapshot has exactly one commit, 94cc35c, with the identical tree as this PR. A normal offline bundle clone materializes all 739 files with matching hashes and passes fsck. The bound PDF has SHA256 43ceee4f3859c9103812db1373761c0783f8f99473ba8671846ff6b07408d847. The public portable manuscript ZIP contains all local protocol companions and its per-member hash manifest; an anonymous download matched its SHA-256 and all 103 content members. Keep its directory structure intact when following local PDF links.
Publication HOLD: resolve the strict receipt mismatch, locate the retained cache and reviewed derivative/raw-input prerequisites, and execute the remaining full gates before release acceptance. Nonblocking manuscript polish remains in TOC spacing, the cover DOI qualifier and sparse transitions. The existing main, v1.0.0 tag and older draft assets are preserved. No new hosted measurement or independent scientific replication is claimed. The Zenodo draft is preserved while ownership is reconciled after older assets appeared during preparation.
