feat: integrate TrailPeakDesign theme

Convert the project to use the Trail Peak Design theme from AdamJ/TrailPeakDesign. This is the first project to use that theme.

• add postcss and tw-animate-css packages
• update pnpm package manager version to 12.4.1 from 10.33.0
• set sidebar to floating and collapsable icons to fit theme
