First implementation, intended as a starting point for ALMIRA pixel-macro-based digitization (not final).

• Now the digits include the "mToA" field, where the Time of Arrival of the hit that generates the digits is stored.
• The ToA is calculated with respect to the start of the ROF where the digits are located.
• For the moment, the ToA is a float. Next step is to adapt to the ALMIRA readout (e.g. reading in clock cycles).
• For the moment, a ToA = 0 is assigned to noise. A better assignment has to be determined.
• The signal detection is still ALPIDE-like, need to move to the edge-detection of the ALMIDRA architecture
• Introduced the custom PreDigit class for TRK/FT3, needed to add the ToA field to the digits
• ChipDigitsContainer now does not inherit from ITS/MFT, to allow for the introduction of the ToA
• Fixed the time passed to registerDigits as in ITS/MFT digi: fix for late hits seen by the next ROF #16011
