Describe the issue
Instructions are provided for using 64k but not 16k kernel. 16k kernel is available for Debian (linux-image-arm64-16k).

16k kernels are ideal for consumer devices and both Apple and Raspberry Pi use 16k in their own OS. 16k kernels are not generally available on popular general purpose Linux distributions. If ARM publicised the benefits of 16k kernels and how to deploy, other distributions beyond Debian may adopt as well.
