Classify four JAG summer camp days held on AtCoder (jag2018summer-day2,
jag2017summer-day1, jag2015summer-day3, jag2013summer-warmingup) by exact
contest_id, so the AtCoder import stops skipping them. AtCoder's
JAG2013Spring / JAG2014Spring stay unclassified because AOJ already covers
them as JAGSpring2013 / 2014.
ATCODER_JAG sits right before UNIVERSITY in the enum, the priorities (18,
shifting UNIVERSITY and later by one) and the classification rules. Labels
come from the contest_id map, e.g. 'JAG 夏合宿 2013 Day2 WarmUp'. Task URLs
stay on AtCoder, including task ids that start with "icpc".

- Extend the seed letter test to 151 contests and 1329 tasks

- Reject contest_ids that extend a listed JAG contest held on AtCoder,
so a switch to prefix matching on the listed keys is caught
- List ATCODER_JAG among the exact-match maps in the prefixes.ts header

The change adds AtCoder JAG contest classification and task data with test coverage. The rollback runbook should also say how to restore the contest type after rolling forward. This is a documentation follow-up and does not block merge.
