Delivery and takeout order endpoints now create orders with direct bank-transfer payments. The changes add request validation, cart and price checks, bank-account response data, nullable payment fields, and a direct-transfer cancellation path.

Order factories and service methods create delivery or takeout orders, save bank-transfer payments, delete the cart, and return order and payment data. Payment responses include bank-account details, and migrations allow nullable gateway fields and add bank-account snapshots.
