chore: switch to Bun fmt/check/build and update dependencies - #6

- Replace Rome with `bun fmt` (style preserved via bunfig.toml) - Replace tsc JS emit with `bun build`; tsc now only emits declarations - Type check with `bun check`; modernize tsconfig - Update all dependencies to latest (ioredis 6, @msgpack/msgpack 3, TypeScript 7) - Adapt zrange calls to ioredis 6 typings - Drop rome.json and package-lock.json; bump CI actions Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
