chore(deps): resolve dev dependency security alerts - #129

Upgrade mocha to 12 and morgan to 1.12.1, refresh the lockfile (brace-expansion, proxy-addr), and drop the diff/serialize-javascript overrides that pinned a vulnerable serialize-javascript now that mocha 12 requires patched versions directly. npm audit reports 0 vulnerabilities. Fixes all four open Dependabot alerts. They are all in development dependencies; runtime dependencies were already clean.
npm auditalso reported serialize-javascript (low) through mocha. Theoverridesblock pinnedserialize-javascriptto 7.0.5, which kept the vulnerable version installed.
