Since 5a1d6a7 libpcre2 uses the basement version and this one is built with cmake and ships no pcre2-config anymore. Use pkg-config directly now. Signed-off-by: Christian Pötzsch <christian.poetzsch@kernkonzept.com>

Host builds link a static libcrypto, which is built with zlib support but does not pull in zlib. Any tool running on the host will fail later on. Fix this by adding zlib to the linker command line. Signed-off-by: Christian Pötzsch <christian.poetzsch@kernkonzept.com>

The bindings import the cffi module at runtime, but cffi was only a build dependency for the build machine. Users of python::cryptography then fail to start. Add it as a regular dependency and provide it. Signed-off-by: Christian Pötzsch <christian.poetzsch@kernkonzept.com>
