- create a producer span per publish and inject the trace context into the AMQP message headers, no-op without a configured OpenTelemetry backend
- new dependency opentelemetry-api
- packaging modernized to pyproject.toml + uv, Python floor now 3.9, pika relaxed to >=1.3.2,<1.4
- removed test runner nose and replaced it with pytest
