Documentation Update

The current contrast between the light and dark logos in the README.md and documentation does not always provide optimal visibility.

To improve accessibility and visual clarity, we should invert the logic so that the logo displayed contrasts with the system theme. This will ensure better readability and consistent presentation across environments.
