Summary

This pull request introduces a weekly scheduled Docker image build and updates a key dependency version constraint. The main changes are as follows:

CI/CD Workflow Updates:

  • .github/workflows/docker-publish.yaml: Added a scheduled workflow to publish the Docker image to GHCR every Monday at 8:00 UTC, in addition to existing manual and repository dispatch triggers.

Dependency Management:

  • pyproject.toml: Updated the version constraint for biosim-extractor to allow any version below 2.0 (was previously capped at <1.1), enabling compatibility with future 1.x releases.

Impact

  • Ensures underlying data infrastructure always uses the latest package with latest updates.
