Introduce Light and Dark Mode Logos within Documentation #38
Description
Currently, the documentation only uses a single version of the prepmd logo. To remain consistent with the other repositories within the organisation, we should introduce both light and dark mode versions of the logo.
The documentation should automatically display the appropriate logo based on the user's selected light or dark theme.
