CI matrix for two lines: release/5.x on .NET 10, main (SchemaKit) on .NET 11; PostgreSQL floor and 18 legs, SQL Server #43
Description
Updated 2026-10-19 for the spin-off (#37): the lines are release/5.x and main.
One workflow, two lines: the .NET 10 SDK on release/5.x (EFCore.ComplexIndexes, EF Core 10), the .NET 11 SDK (prerelease via actions/setup-dotnet while EF Core 11 is in RC) on main (SchemaKit, #37). The PostgreSQL legs run the line's floor and 18: 14 + 18 on release/5.x (the package documents "any supported PostgreSQL version" for exclusion constraints and 18 for temporal ones), 16 + 18 on main (Npgsql 11 raises the default compatibility target to 16). The SQL Server leg is unchanged. The floor is read from one variable the docs quote.
Done when both legs are green on both branches and the release workflow has a prerelease path for 11.0.0-preview.N.
