…Modifiers content PR CharaChorder#140 moved the Chord Modifiers section from Device Manager.rst to its own page, carrying over the ManagerSettingsModifiers.png image and caption. This fork already deleted that image and caption from Device Manager.rst (no corresponding settings box exists in the current UI), so re-apply that removal on the new page too. Marks CharaChorder#140/CharaChorder#121/CharaChorder#113/CharaChorder#114/CharaChorder#115/CharaChorder#127/CharaChorder#129/CharaChorder#137/CharaChorder#138/CharaChorder#139 as adopted now that they're merged into main, and records why CharaChorder#49 (Function Keys table for CharaChorder Lite) was skipped: the existing A2-layer keyboard diagrams already convey the same info via icons.
