Description
There are several flaky tests that fail. We need to investigate what is really happening because they started falling more after 26.8 release (around that date).
Things to check:
- query_log for test instance - it is just a bad timing of some other issue (too many tests using instance in rough way)
- review configuration in tests and instance
- can we reproduce it on cluster tests or it is only cloud?
