Mobs can still be interacted with inside ProtectionStones regions despite entity-interact: DENY #18

Description

@k3vndev

When using ProtectionStones, non-members can still interact with mobs inside protected regions even when the region has entity-interact: DENY.

For example:

Trading with villagers.
Picking up/carrying mobs using plugins that respect WorldGuard in normal regions.
Steps to reproduce
Create a ProtectionStones region.
Ensure the region has entity-interact: DENY.
Join as a player who is not a member of the region.
Interact with a mob (e.g. a villager).
Expected behavior

The interaction should be blocked, just like it is in a regular WorldGuard region with the same flag.

Actual behavior

The interaction is allowed inside ProtectionStones regions, even though /rg info shows entity-interact: DENY.
This allows players to steal other's animals or villagers (with the villager plugin).
