Placing villagers with the offhand whilst the main hand is occupied breaks the villager

1. Pick up a villager normally (you get a villager head)
2. Put the villager in your off hand
3. Put something in your main hand that can't be placed (totem of undying as an example)
4. Right click the ground to place the villager
5. The villager (head) is placed but no villager spawns
