Deployment link opens on same tab

Clicking the link to the deployed site from the readme opens the link on the same page. Desired behaviour is opening on a new tab.

According to this discussion from January 2024 this isn't possible in GitHub markdown. Fix will likely be using an HTML <a> tag.
