Summary

Replaced the default OpenAI model with 'gpt-6-luna' and updated the legacy model to 'gpt-5.6-terra'.

Why no test case

The changes only involve updating the default and legacy OpenAI models. These changes do not affect the visual elements, frontend scripts, or any other functionality that would require additional test cases.

Validation details

• Files reviewed: 2/2 changed files.
• Source read: the key check sends only model and messages, so no model-specific parameter breaks it.
• OpenAI model pages list gpt-6-luna and gpt-5.6-terra as supported on Chat Completions.
• OpenAI deprecations list gpt-5-mini for shutdown on December 11, 2026.
• No other production request path still names a retired model.
• Question for the author: the summary calls gpt-6-luna the default model. It is the key-check model. Please correct the PR text.

QA steps

1. Open Otter Blocks settings, enter a valid OpenAI API key, and click Save. Expected: the key saves without an error.
2. In the block editor, generate content with the Otter AI block. Expected: the block returns generated content.

Untested areas

• No live OpenAI request ran, because the sandbox has no API key.
• No PHPUnit run. The tests do not assert the model name.
