…hen it fails (#537) * fix: give the demo content download a longer timeout and stop on failure The demo XML download used the default 5-second request timeout. On a slow network it timed out, an empty file was saved and the import died with an empty 200 response. The download now waits up to 60 seconds, retries once, and the import stops with the ti__ob_remote_err_3 error when the download fails or returns an empty file. A status outside 200-299 is now retried and then returned as an error, like a request error.
