Didn't include it in the description but dockerfile changed because the current dockerfile doesn't work. Some versions have changed. Thanks to @costowell for the fixed dockerfile |

What
Replace the image of TUNES on the front page of the site with Bits 'n Bytes
Why
TUNES is long gone. Bits 'n Bytes is a current CSH project and therefore it's fit for the "Things we're working on..." section on the homepage
Test Plan
Ran it locally, I see the new image and description. Note: The image is larger than the rest because it is cropped wrong and apparently the site requires that the images in this section are 800x533 but doesn't enforce it..... the asset needs to be changed to be the correct size. The correctly sized asset is in the #proj-pubsite channel on Slack, I'm just waiting on someone to put it into the S3 bucket.
