Retain PR #4470's conditional κ = 0.00302015 while reducing its sufficient local uniform-supplier rank from 2^64215200000000 to 2^558100005581, about a 115.06× reduction in the exponent. The p16 controller, all 408 independent helpers and the complete 64,620-call paid invoice are unchanged. This does not raise κ or establish a smaller eventual integer-multiplication input threshold; the smaller outer slack can worsen that separate threshold.
The new package is
research/compact-joint-compiler/. It reprices both paid tails with tensor power 682, uses a checked logarithmic power 143, and separately allocates compiler and outer-transfer slack. Exact replay retains both native orientations, all 632 arbitrary columns, absolute phases, both paid tails, all 54 current strict predicates, four functional guards, 63 legacy predicates and all nine row identities. A separate read-only audit checks normal/optimized agreement, the exact integer bound and scientific/source rejection controls. Independent review caught and corrected the shifted-exit capacity factor to 128 before final replay. This is stacked on #4470 at b9a13c1; inherited research files are predecessor work. The new compiler choices are isolated in this package. Credit #4470 for the saving exponent and native/controller construction; #4440, #4441, #4447 and #4453 for thinning, retiming and finite-compilation precedents; zxv's higher-moment/logarithmic work; Jacob Alan Sussman's mixed-target compiler; and the full retained BIT, scalar, Clifford, owner, geometry and outer-ledger lineage. Prepared for Dugongue with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance from root plus three workers. Apache-2.0.
Reproduce on Python 3.12 (standard library only):
All retained native, whole-job, owned-erasure, finite-template, tape, precision, stock, analytic, prime-avoidance and exact-recovery premises remain. No kernel/human acceptance, practical speedup, global optimum or selected-frontier change is claimed. The original session candidate κ = 0.00300428 was superseded by #4470 during the search and is not presented as a new best. See PROOF.md, REUSE.md, VALIDATION.md and the frozen manifests for exact scope, overlap and source credit.
