Summary

This adds research/pr4470-controller-replay/. It is an independent literal Laurent replay of the p16 query-thinned complex controller in #4470 (conditional κ = 0.00302015), the maintainers' next substantive review. It covers the part #4478 left open.

Results

• Events. 154 events: 18 LOCAL (exactly the thick stages), 15 QUERY_SHEAR (exactly the thin ones), 15 IDLE, 90 ADD and 16 SIGNED_SWAP.
• Factorization. For all 32 monomials, left · W_m · right equals the declared diagonal indicator exactly. Central exponents are ±1 (16 each), and no thin stage is credited.
• Invoice. The main ranks (1 + 8|stages| × 112), whole-idle ranks (8|stages| × 2 × 112) and 1,680 thin queries reproduce CONTROLLER.json.
• Controls. A flipped query orientation and a thin stage promoted to a full stage are both rejected.
• Note. CONTROLLER.json's embedded paid and target lists use the THREE-base local profile. RESULT.json substitutes the joint-helper profile (checked in Independently check #4470's arithmetic (κ = 0.00302015): invoice, local change, root bracket, tails (no new κ) #4478).
