The kernel-153 complex quotient changes its main endpoint ABI and its shared native maps need to satisfy all physical occurrences together. This contribution constructs 72 consistent maps and 448 explicit monomial wrappers, yielding 56 type-A pairs diag(D,D) Sy(Q^-1) and 56 type-B pairs diag(D,QD) Sy(Q^-1), with rank D = 7, central rank Q = 1, and the extra Q on physical Y. All 408 helpers remain arbitrary independent inputs.

The universal all-fiber proof evaluates an exact free-group-algebra identity, then tensors each address-operator block identity separately. The local paid profile is {1:2177,2:424,3:389,4:147,5:50,8:8}. Supplementary proofs extend the contact search to symmetric phase forms with exact physical rank and minimum-cut cost formulas. The result is a constructive local interface; no profitable complete controller or higher kappa is claimed.

Validation: stdlib-only portable registered replay; fresh source-authenticated reconstruction; both 632-row formal endpoint identities with no residual group words; 180 warp classes in both orientations with absolute phase; 448 monomial wrappers and 336 exact block identities; all 153 Lagrangians through dimension 3 and 18,459 pair ranks; two exact backward inverse-transpose and monomial-conjugation checks with omission controls; source/artifact drift rejection; committed-byte and metadata checks. The verifier also passes from an isolated Git-free temporary copy under an optimized parent interpreter. No Linux runtime, Lean, complete outer compiler admission, or optional full-history preflight is claimed.

Based on refreshed main b58ad9ef4d4e861b0eaa5dba41742bdc072dca51, preserving the original task and mathematical input pins. Overlap with #4604 and #4636 is credited: their negative contract findings are predecessors, while this package supplies a positive repair. Credit DaysSky, Cao Yifan, Ryanson Jonathan, Cinna Davis and the PR589/PR4470 supplier lineage, Rohan Arun and the #4636 authors, lm1909 (#4641), Dillon, zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman and retained source authors. Prepared for Dugongue with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.

Open next questions: consume the exact mixed A/B interfaces with a fully paid native controller; find a profitable node-dependent phase schedule; certify a strict complete moment and compiler/outer transfer only after either succeeds. See the package README for precise source pins, proof boundaries and reproduction.
