The current native decoder search needs concrete changed encodings and faithful resource comparisons. This package maps 72 distinct primary works (74 lane records; 70 recorded searches) into tested all-input primitives: an invertible dyadic Hecke mixer, anchored operator-valued three-bank inverse, fixed-anchor externalization compiler, actual Hermitian-adjoint/dirty-translation prefix, and phase-preserving odd-characteristic port transport. Four detailed reviews give proofs, theorem locators, reading depths, costs and caveats.

Validation uses exact standard-library arithmetic: 720 symplectic synthesis classes, 16,384 phase checks, 485,088 lazy-butterfly cases, 192 basis compiler calls and the pinned six-candidate/eight-cut hook replay. Normal and optimized tests, receipt corruption controls, immutable-source checks and a Git-free portable export are documented. python3 -I -B research/kappa-literature-map/verify.py reproduces the full package; --quick skips the expensive hook replay. No Lean/kernel verification or hosted Linux run is claimed.

No new κ or superior complete supplier is claimed. The better-conditioned t = 1/16 pencil pays a factor-16 residual decoder (five extra bits relative to t = 2); its 160/224 hook ranks do not close the full supplier. General rational-complex anchor arithmetic is explicitly charged. A split-field ring map does not automatically preserve Hermitian structure or analytic Gaussian resampling. Quantum gate counts do not price classical arrays.

Input main is frozen at b58ad9e; the checkpoint at 624de9d was compared without changing the selected frontier. Its archived noncommutative, modular and native-stability work is credited and prevents broad novelty claims. Search-indexed PR overlap and selected source reads are distinguished from a complete queue/source audit. Full-history provenance audit is unclaimed in the shallow checkout; metadata/pins and committed bytes were checked.

Predecessors include Jacob Alan Sussman #4628/#4268, lee-phys #4688 (unchanged verifier vendored with notices), Yiyang/Lyy-iiis #4710, androolloyd #673, zxv #4359, the #4541/#4552/#4553 packed-transfer line, Dugongue #4554, Ryanson Jonathan's independent checks, petalas's noncommutative/radical work, Gareth Davidson's modular ports and the retained Gaussian-recovery/packing lineage. NOTICE.md and source maps give exact scope and additional credits. Prepared for Dugongue with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.
