Change and mathematical scope
Proves a scoped passive-recovery ceiling for one actual #4948 mixed p2 word. Saving all nine declared macro boundaries and its three already-paid query responses still cannot recover the four prescribed Gaussian jobs through the permitted passive scalar/code left decoder. For 104 original input ports, every observed pure-word coefficient has grades 0, 1, and 7, while the required target has grade 9. The exact source census covers all 5,408 supported late words.
The written argument uses a uniform finite projective Clifford alphabet on fixed ambient 17 and tensor-power Gram separation. It rejects an identity required at every positive width by proving failure for sufficiently large widths. It does not assert failure at every small width or constrain active feedback, native internal prefixes, other cuts/thin placements, new Gaussian calls or arbitrary width-dependent noncolumnwise routing. Owned CLEAR/reset and all new finite work may be granted free. No new paid-profile improvement, caller admission or κ is claimed.
Task and overlap
Base:
b91956876e5b4122fd89179f1b57557ff8378f15; cardjoint-query-controller, changed scope to this actual successor observation contract. Exact source #4948:86e474038e05f99a76d41f71d81946ad2327e4a4. Coordination: Discussion #4902.This enlarges the observation interface beyond the earlier two-FULL/main-only and standalone-bank ceilings: it includes passive macro snapshots and actual paid responses. It preserves the mathematical sources and the independent review unchanged. #4958's specified scalar-cache invariance theorem and #4969's carrier transformations address different contracts. No active-feed or native-prefix work is performed here.

Plan checks passed362 helpers with11 expected skips; both registered isolated modes, their five mutation controls each, and the final integrity gate passed. Registered outcome remains negative-result; physical_emission=false and no new κ.Registered normal and optimized isolated checks passed on Python 3.12.3 (7.012s combined). They rerun the frozen author span/grade scripts and an independent D-left trace/all-pair audit, compare captured stdout byte-for-byte, retain selected-diagonal/uncoded/homogenized-frame positive controls, and reject five wrapper mutations. The 702,206-byte grade receipt is captured privately; routine output is compact.
All six author files, both mandatory clarifications and the complete 28-file independent review remain byte-exact. The portable loader changes only dependency dispatch and exact source-byte reads. The actual source head and original 20bb arithmetic request remain ancestor-bound with their original bytes; same-path retained-copy pins and upstream provenance are explicit. Publication-byte/source-history checks and official 46-file export/check passed. The exported direct normal/optimized checks also passed without Git on PATH, with publication files read-only, identical stdout and unchanged bytes/inventory.
The inherited all-owner native primitive is not replayed as a new physical campaign. No selected cold replay, Lean build, multiplier, compiler/outer admission or new κ is asserted. The optimistic P/T inventory and all 448 original main / 816 helper owners are preserved; snapshots earn no extra reward.

Prepared by Chris R / Clear1nsight with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance from distinct proof, independent-review and packaging agents. The independent review uses its own dependency interpreter and GF(2) rank routine but reuses pinned Clifford composition; this is not fully implementation-independent or proof-kernel verified.

Seven-part handoff. See
research/passive-saved-query-ceiling/TASK.json. A useful changed premise is one actual active feed or native internal observation supplying the missing original-input coefficient, with all endpoints/helpers and a complete favorable invoice. First consult current Discussion #4902 ownership and the separately coordinated active-feed work; isolate one changed paid input and its next Gaussian operation before expanding. This package performs no decoder search and reserves no follow-up.
