Change and mathematical scope
Add
research/source-bound-price-oracle, a reusable pure Python standard-library six-plane evidence compatibility oracle, schema, fixed reviewer policies and source-bound receipt consumers. Its actual frozen #5383 and #5387 joins return FUNDED_CONDITIONAL at151333/50000000and605334953/200000000000, respectively. These are compatibility conclusions consuming independently certified, hash-bound physical/census/closure/funding receipts. This PR supplies no new construction, κ mechanism, root engine, cold replay, global optimum, hosted validation or selected transition.Unknown costs remain explicit and block funding. Equal histograms transfer no physical or precision coverage; #5387 uses its own fresh physical receipt and complete invoice. Five inherited framework assumptions remain. SHA256 binds bytes against the separately trusted policy; it does not machine-prove arbitrary prose. Publication and selected labels require separate evidence. The source-certified compiler domain is the single literal power1024/cutoff20/floor21/tail1/5/theta63/64/logpower1000 tuple and the individual exact receipt points.

Scientific source heads are #53834bd6efa51a495a7c7b7754915cf0244e7e60969eand #5387b1ab650d36f59e5be682a813145b7c67e219e341. This reusable compatibility package complements the separate independent-validation package without duplicating its scientific engines. #5384 is verification of #5377, not an additional construction or additive κ gain. All necessary frozen bytes are committed package-local.
frozen/MANIFEST.jsonretains the original 93-file review draft, manifest SHA2563dd8af4470220929ee516f2d3a97eba6db45ff55908c2cb5ca441f75459fdbed; the manifest itself is additional. Historical draft wording and source notices remain intact. The root calibration adapter is read-only and keeps its predicates active under optimized Python. Pending source heads are informational identities, with their retained bytes covered offline; replay does not depend on foreign Git objects.Validation
Publication commit:
96f193143a7a2ff8a4e6b9d574d7f551d68a7da3(108 new package files, no selected/source/shared-code changes).Metadata/pins, registered normal and optimized runs, all 15 test groups, three frozen calibrations, 93 frozen input hashes, both policy pins, actual 28/32-artifact joins, committed-byte/source-history preflight and committed export integrity pass locally. Semantic controls reject stale or missing evidence, unknown-as-zero, authored policy enlargement, same-histogram physical receipt transfer, unsupported compiler tuples and unsupported publication/selection. Each direct run takes under one second on Python 3.12. The checked export also passes normal and optimized direct replay in a fresh temporary directory with Git absent from PATH. No scientific engine or cold/native/Lean replay was launched for packaging.

New oracle, consumer review and packaging by Chris R / Clear1nsight, with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, Apache-2.0. Ali Romman owns #5383's eight-relation construction and #5377; Dugongue owns successor #5387. Preserve Cao Yifan's word, Cinna Davis's controller/helper lineage, zxv's native/compiler/precision work, Jacob Alan Sussman's recursion, ToikY's tensor lift, ordinary-BIT contributors and all retained original notices. Independent receipts and exact engines retain their own authorship. Generic package generator/runner credit remains Douglas Colkitt's and exporter credit remains Tekalign's.
