Retain and reproduce the independent literal-invoice, signed-neutrality and two-point necessary-price review for PR5413, exact 0c1fa2f47fb5ea17b93a4b67063d08e49cc38e51, together with the separately written conditional source-application audit. This is one focused verification companion to the primary research/coupled-helper-neutral-completion construction.

The independent screen alone establishes necessary gates. The separate written audit accepts the frozen complete conjunction under the same five selected assumptions, with 15 structured obligation rows, 25 aggregate named premises and 58 outer guards. Primary proposed κ is .003027288235, tested at .003027288245; its 5e−12 comparison improvement is compiler/outer certificate headroom. Equal additions of 144 paid H8 and 144 target H8 preserve the raw signed profile and raw ceiling, with zero recursive economic gain. This companion adds no κ gain or construction, and selected .0030217758 remains unchanged.

Task and overlap

Catalogue independent-moment, priority revision 7, scope_status: changed for the explicitly assigned verification task. Canonical base 1ec1119972c9aefe42525172d07b332fcff81cb4. The primary construction and public independent source review remain the canonical construction/audit links. PR5409 separately provides the fixed old-family ceiling; this companion does not duplicate either construction or ceiling.

Portable raw Git commit/tree/blob origins authenticate exact primary source-binding/claims metadata, canonical provenance and the older #5398 source inputs. All 20 final reviewed input hashes and lengths were directly compared with original public PR5413 Git bytes. The independent checker and all consumed inputs, written source audit, corrected/rejected/pending snapshots and existing execution/publication evidence are self-contained. No fork-only Git-history dependency is required at replay time.

Validation

The independent checker binds 18 backward LOCAL calls, 15 QUERY shears, 15 retained whole idles and 114 main events, complete aliases/owners, 32 Gaussian rows and both histograms: 64,260 paid / 10,928 productive fields, masses 238,990 / 239,742, surplus 752. Exact signed coefficients establish all-real-exponent neutrality; three H8 fault controls reject. At .003027288245, target minus paid is strictly between 0.000001218925797781515135188889161250 and 0.000001218925797781515135188889161251. Fresh neutral 1−P/T is strictly between 0.000000000005139408826607231162854402 and 0.000000000005139408826607231162854403; both reserve 1e−12 and separately typed outer-r0 1/7000000000000 pass their necessary alpha gates. At .00302728825, raw and positive-rho tests reject. The display bounds are rationals over 10^36; original integer/2^256 and exact Fraction endpoints remain retained.

The written source audit separately checks the corrected 145-axis caller/coordinate plan, actual native translations, 18×649 concrete invocation join, all helpers/targets, complete ordinary and whole-SWAP charges, fresh F16/error/stock/tape/source specialization and 54 strict plus four functional outer guards. Existing primary component, precision, funding and 25-premise aggregate receipts are authenticated reuse. Their engines are not imported or rerun by this companion. Earlier pending/rejected snapshots remain unchanged and clearly historical.

The new registered wrapper authenticates the complete frozen packet, exact source origins and 20-input public join; it runs only the tiny independent screen, compares every scientific field, preserves fresh raw receipts/stdout/stderr, and requires all pre/post package bytes unchanged. Normal/O acceptance uses explicit predicates, changed-byte and forged-origin controls, and private bytecode-cache namespaces. The exact guarded run, source/history/export and readonly Git-free outcomes are recorded in the final handoff; no unrecorded execution is inferred here. Primary hosted CI success is retained as root-verified publication evidence, separate from theorem proof. The exact sealed companion commit is bc37fb01c58d20e799d3299dec63e654f67d9d1b (144 files). The shared serial guard records registered normal/O PASS in 1.814606 seconds, readonly Git-free normal PASS in 0.604644 seconds and optimized PASS in 0.805985 seconds, each under 30 seconds/256MiB. Exactly four tiny independent-screen invocations ran; no other scientific engine was executed. Every fresh scientific field matches the original independent root receipt, excluding only environment. All 144 working files and all 145 extracted files (including transport receipt) remain unchanged; the export is 0444, has no .git, and both direct commands ran with empty PATH and absolute interpreter. Final metadata, committed-byte/canonical-source-history and official export integrity checks pass. Export SHA256 c9329642b9817dee293ed1a6a6229bb032b7f97e1a8f249b0e4a7c8e5d422cd7 (9,175,040 bytes). Independent static publication review passes; it is separate from human or theorem acceptance. The primary did not test empty PATH; any companion portability test is separately scoped.

Open next questions

Independent human or formal review can inspect the written F16/error/stock/source-class application. A genuine recursive improvement requires a changed signed profile or mechanism and its complete bill, rather than neutral H8 additions or extra raw-root digits. What remains uncertain: Necessary signs alone do not provide complete κ admission. The written application retains native_all_columns, owned_erasure, compiler, precision_tape, analytic_recovery. No human/kernel/unconditional acceptance, physical tape execution or selected-record change is claimed. Earlier rejected/pending snapshots remain immutable history; the named final report and replay evidence resolve only their stated obligations. Root-verified primary CI success is publication evidence, separate from theorem proof. Primary empty-PATH execution remains untested; this companion's successful readonly/empty-PATH tests do not transfer that coverage to the primary.

Smallest useful next task: Root reviews the sealed package, independent static audit and transport receipts, then publishes one companion PR and records its exact head and CI separately. The user's new κ≥.0033 direction requires a separately changed mechanism or signed profile with its complete bill; this packet justifies no additional endpoint digits or duplicate primary replay.
