This package proves a finite obstruction for the exact PR #5827 word: no subset of its 104 main-port pairs and 562 productive helpers passes either tested complete moment gate, provided at least one main port remains. It grants a query discount when its entire original input support or output support is removed, debits every lost target, and omits new costs in favor of the candidate. This is not a new kappa result.

The gates are 0.003124767 and 0.003156014468 (exactly 1% above #5827's 0.00312476680). Exact rational source replay checks all 3,455 query supports and both scalar endpoints, then reconstructs the 66,870-paid-call / 13,444-target invoice. Solver-free integer flow certificates cover all subsets in 233 and 221 branch nodes. Their largest local upper bounds are respectively -2481461/10^12 and -46854465615/10^12; the full margin is 18 times the local value. These are pointwise upper bounds, not exact maxima or an interval ceiling.

Registered normal and optimized checks pass, including the original source as a positive control and seven semantic corruptions per gate. Committed bytes/modes and the official export pass at 867161cf000a0f4d96cdc3d10a344a7acfdd5f30. A sealed, read-only, empty-PATH Python 3.12 replay passes in about 5 seconds and preserves every file byte and mode; a source-corruption control fails as required. Hosted CI and independent scientific review remain pending. Source native/caller suites, Lean, Docker and full-history preflight were not run for this scalar-support and price proof; the checkout is shallow.

Changed words, newly created cancellations, arbitrary linear quotient inputs, new native paths and a new caller are outside this model. All five framework assumptions and the selected .00310045 frontier remain unchanged. The donor's requested large positive improvement remains unmet.

Credit PR #5827 at 05cd36e5af06d7a3790e30ce3f449fa89b853768, the earlier single-input and forty-helper experiments in Discussions #5125/#5645, and #5835's frame-rank correction. The source notice preserves Mason Hale, Joel Pulikkan, Dugongue, flyingviper and all retained P104/native/compiler/BIT authors. New work by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. Apache-2.0.

Reproduce: python3.12 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-joint-restriction-gate.

Canonical coordination and handoff. Base main: de5ec2e7a6074068452f45b1a191b5c72832df4a, priority 8.
