The 772/731 relay descent, eight arbitrary-input compensations and earlier 791 cleanup reduce complete paid calls 66,798→66,780, with 13,444 productive fields and peak storage 13 unchanged. Conditional κ = 0.003127804 (+0.000000667 over #6143); exact raw crossing (0.00312781137239, 0.00312781137240). This adds a distinct root to #6143 and changes reads outside #6136's chart-only search. Selected frontier unchanged.

Missing compensation, dirty COPY, peak-14 storage and phase-only corruption reject. Committed-byte, complete remote-tree and clean Git-free export checks pass; hosted CI not run.
Five framework assumptions remain; uniform word and rounded multiplier are unmaterialized. Finite AI-assisted checks are not maintainer admission or a full theorem proof. Proof, exact receipts, scope and all source pins.
