PR5849's complete-owner carry leaf receives an already formed descriptor; its actual low-cache producer remained unconnected. This package binds the released port9 inverse column1 at q5 to the unchanged PR5332 frontend and unchanged generic PR5849 rotation through literal tape/symbol translation, followed by owned-descriptor erasure.

The fixed program physically scans a supplied64-digit cache, derives the seven possible carry codes, preserves the cache, returns all work/heads and retains the declared three-bit new-low output. No runtime host-selected offset is used. A written composition argument includes the complete leaf allowances 393V+600L+30000 transitions and 43V+8L+500 visited cells, with V=PQS, L=bit_length(Q), odd Q>=3.

Evidence: native Windows CPython3.12.11 registered normal/optimized runs recompute the same receipt;125 influential low triples,20 complete compositions in each of two literal interpreters, every source/consumer instruction, all cells/heads/per-tape visited intervals, and8 exact-reason rejecting controls. Metadata and18-file committed-byte/source-history preflight pass. Each sign has51,350 fixed instructions. Root source/proof review strengthened rejection reasons and per-tape interval comparison before registered acceptance.

This is one supplied-cache/supplied-owner leaf interface. The actual64-coordinate owner at cell1 has P=Q,S=Q^62*Z; Q125 with P=S1 is a small leaf fixture, not its materialization. Cache formation, whole-T selection/staging, homogeneous routing, low-type commit/retirement, ROW installation, a favorable complete supplier invoice, hosted CI and human/kernel acceptance remain open. The negative sign reverses this carry only, not the full opposite matrix route. No new kappa or selected-frontier change.
