Add a scoped all-dimension concavity proof and exact source-bound certificates with 13 rejection controls and a changed-incidence positive control. No new kappa. Prepared for @CubeJerry with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Retain Ali Romman, DreamingOfClouds, Nick Petalas, Matarener and the source lineage credit.

Scoped proof and exact certificate: on PR6167, retaining each of reader 497's two operands in a separate descending owned cache cannot improve the existing schedule. For H_r=r^t, 0<t<1, the exact minimum is 2H_1+2H_3+H_5. Moving the root meeting below frame 520 costs at least 2H_4-H_3-H_5>0. A general all-dimension concavity proof explains the obstruction.
New relative to the #6167/#6214 handoff: both operands are retained and every cache MOVE is charged, with arbitrary intermediate frames. This differs from Nick Petalas's #6163 missing-operand/receiver-repair obstruction and #6245's outer audit. A changed-incidence positive control becomes cheaper, identifying the essential hypothesis.
Base: 2485805 (priority 8; canonical main rechecked).

Published package, proof, pins and validation.
Reproduce from repository root (CPython 3.12, stdlib only):
Expected: PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE; both modes report 126 recipes, 52964 geometric triples, 13 controls.
Executed: normal/-O registered replay; all 126 local symbolic templates (2006 events); exact capped-sum checks; changed-geometry positive control; 13 rejection controls; source and receipt corruption rejection; committed bytes/modes/ancestry; official export and Git-free normal/-O replay. Published commit 9aaf76f has the exact complete tested tree.
Scope: monotone paths, separate caches, fixed sources/consumer and productive targets; ordinary setup/storage/erasure is optimistically free. Mixed sources, root cloning and coordinated edits remain open. No full native/caller/selected replay, hosted CI or formal/human proof acceptance is claimed. The five native, erasure, compiler, precision/tape and analytic-recovery assumptions remain. No new κ.
