Add the r = 2^s + 1 chronological repair and the exact scoped denominator obstruction. Preserve predecessor credit, exact source pins and all inherited supplier assumptions. No new kappa. Prepared for @CubeJerry with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance.

Three dyadic cubic repair queries on entry-source directions 0,d,2d exist exactly when r or r-1 is a power of two (r>=3), even allowing nonmonic forms. Adds the r=2^s+1 family: three queries and three integer shears restore arbitrary dirty inputs. New count cases include r=33 and r=129; PR6246's power-of-two branch is fully credited. No new κ.
Only research/cubic-equal-step-classification is added. Proof, exact byte pins, coverage and validation.
Base: 2485805.
Source pins: #6212 9c15948; #6215 0013c2b; #6246 3d21b91.
Reproduce with CPython 3.12, stdlib only:
Expected: PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE.
Executed on Linux/CPython 3.12.14: both implementations in normal/-O registered replay; 12 polynomial identities, 2044 rational branches, 15 literal symbolic programs, 189 dirty-value cases, 20 controls; separate exact elimination and nonmonic checks. Source history/modes/bytes and official export pass. Four read-only Git-free replays agree; 18 actual source/pin/typed-receipt corruptions reject.
Scope: zero must be at an end of the progression. Unequal-direction r14 and centered r50 are positive controls outside that restriction. The written proof establishes the all-r claim; finite cases alone do not. Complete weighted-query/shear tariffs are retained symbolically. A physical backend, favorable full cost recurrence, rounded implementation and supplier admission remain open. Selected PR6030 and all five framework assumptions are unchanged. No full multiplier, hosted scientific CI, human or kernel acceptance is claimed.
Published commit: e0fa68e. Its complete tree 05e8395a869768a87bf93c4f0fe06fe0690c7660 and all 11 package files were checked against the tested bytes. Local claim/result handoff is in TASK.json; Discussion posting was unavailable.
