Delivery readback for exact head Hosted run 41186343670 has completed successfully at this head: Contributor handoff identifies the locale/runtime pin and failed timing-readback defects. The earlier handoff's pending-check observation is superseded by this terminal check result. The first operation and one closing readback remain failed and unretried; no serializer controls, full replay, measured gain or O03 qualification is claimed. Historical source acceptance and authorized dispatch are preserved, with current envelope acceptance invalidated. Guarded policy use is 94.550533479 / 2,400 seconds; complete historical/controller/final-publication costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. This bounded source round is stopped. PR6332 is the canonical coordination thread for a separately authorized reviewed successor. |
This adds an authentic fixed-input H25 serializer loader, a complete retained-value baseline/candidate consumer, and an independent output validator. It also preserves the first admitted runtime failure and its failed closing readback. The original bounded serializer, eager reference and 70 controls remain byte-identical.
The source commit is
bc88937088bdd9f4f71fbdc9246dbf58b11eb725. Its 51 files remain unchanged in the second, 134-file evidence export. Start withresearch/h25-authentic-serializer-20261031/EVIDENCE-README-v2.md,PUBLIC-OUTCOME-v2.json,TAKEOVER-v2.mdandPACKAGE-MANIFEST-v2.json; the original manifests retain their historical first-export scope.Established and failed
Independent agent source review accepted the strict loader with 39 ordered controls per mode and the consumer/validator with the unchanged 70 plus 15 new controls per mode. The initial execution envelope was rejected; one source repair and the exact one-use admission were accepted before dispatch. All rejected and accepted snapshots are retained.
The first operation stopped before worker or serializer import because runtime authentication found an unsealed
/usr/lib/locale/locale-archivemapping. The one declared closing readback then rejected GNU time's nonzero diagnostic prefix before producing a report. All 13 raw attempt records are preserved, including the complete timing file, observer STOP, consumed admission marker, failed tool results and manual accounting. No controls, authentic payload decoding, complete baseline/candidate replay or full-output validation was reached. There was no retry or postfailure executable repair.Independent failure review accepts the attribution and scoped policy debit of 0.34 seconds, bringing the existing ledger to 94.550533479 / 2,400 seconds. The reported 0.33 s wall, 0.32 s CPU, 19,392 KiB individual maxRSS and 19,726,336-byte sampled simultaneous RSS describe failed startup only. They are not serializer performance measurements. Historical, incomplete failed-core, native-controller, readback, review and publication costs remain
OPEN_NOT_ZERO.Current loader and consumer/validator source acceptance remains valid. Envelope acceptance is invalidated; the one-use admission is consumed and closed. Historical reviews preserve the fact that dispatch was authorized and failed closed. O03, complete-caller validation and measured gain remain unqualified. No kappa or selected-frontier change is claimed.
Validation and next task
The complete evidence export received independent identity and scope review before publication. Exact-head hosted checks are recorded separately: the first source head passed planning, while replay was skipped. Planning success is not hosted serializer replay. The second head's check state will be recorded in the delivery comment.
The smallest next task is to complete the declared environment's locale/runtime dependency pins and make failed timing output/readback preserve machine-readable accounting. Both need independent review and a fresh, explicitly authorized one-use execution admission before another fixed run. Absolute host paths and runtime pins are retained evidence, not portable clone-and-run instructions.
