World IA Day is doing their own bookkeeping (for the moment) and setting up their Chart of Accounts on QuickBooks Online.
We saw an opportunity to test the Chart of Accounts taxonomy and would like to a researcher to plan, setup, and analyze a navigation test (tree test) using our Optimal Workshop account.
You will be expected to
- propose and test various iterations of the categories
- write a case study of this experience on their use of Treejack product to be published on behalf of WIAD
- write a case study of the usability and set up of Chart of Accounts on QuickBooks Online on behalf of WIAD
Ideally, you will also be available to continue as a bookkeeper, or learn about bookkeeping for a nonprofit organization to support the WIAD Treasurer
