Replace the legacy rc-api probe routes with their debugger-edge-api
equivalents.
We're replacing 4 endpoints. Two of them already don't exist (so pup was
broken):
- individual probe GET and DELETE (get and delete commands)
/api/ui/remote_config/products/live_debugging/probes/log/{id}
-> /api/ui/debugger/live-debugger/probes/log/{id}/
Removed in ddoghq/dd-go#15453.
Other paths we're trying to remove:
collection GET and POST (list and create commands)
/api/ui/remote_config/products/live_debugging/probes/log
-> /api/ui/debugger/live-debugger/probes/log/
