Migrate ns.dataone.org

ns.dataone.org is currently hosted on OVH. This host will be deprecated on 2022-02-01 and shutdown on 2022-02-14.

The server should be migrated to a new host to ensure ongoing operation.

@datadavev does ns.dataone.org still need to be migrated? Is it a VM?

Ah, yeah - it's still alive, but should be moved. It's an OVH "virtual private server", so technically a VM, but no access to the hypervisor, just the client. You should have sudo on there.
