Problem and resulting behavior

Repair CI contracts and immutable backend version allocation (1.0.4). Preserve nine-service supply-chain gates; document/test fresh-volume installation separately from legacy cutover. Already-isolated submission cutover verifies a no-op without restoring grants. WebSocket credentials are redacted and consumed at CONNECT. Agent remains experimental/default-off. Add security/community/contribution guidance, release notes and reproducible unpublished source bundles.

Management create previously failed because problems.id had no database default. A new additive owner migration preserves existing IDs/references and restores AUTO_INCREMENT, recreating the identical validated test-case FK without disabling checks. Full typed create/update payloads cross the owner seam, details persist before the initial version snapshot, nested detail readback is returned, and rejected child writes roll back. Partial updates retain omitted fields and optimistic locking. Optional summary is initialized for its NOT NULL storage contract. Regenerated baseline includes the ID strategy; disposable baseline adoption now performs a real insert so stale identity definitions fail.

Validation

• Full affected backend reactor install/test/coverage passed before the final small mapper/summary/rollback additions. Final focused suite:45 passed (owner payload, read mapper, transaction failure, detail initializer, snapshot order). Final remote CI passed the complete patch.
• MySQL migration drill passed fresh ID allocation, upgrade preserving ID73 and its reference, orphan rejection, and existing migration/backfill/backup/rollback/grant-isolation gates. An unsuccessful local draft migration was explicitly recovered; successful history checksums stayed unchanged. Generated baseline adoption passed6-schema parity and generated-ID insert.
• Management119 files/662 tests, types/lint passed for the transport fix. Final corpus9 passed. Earlier full Agent1199, targeted WebSocket20/settings17 passed.
• Real services: base9 browser checks passed; Wrong Answer; rejudge Pending/Judging/Accepted; contest registration/submission/live ranking/finish/final ranking (FINISHED, rank1, solved1, score110).
• Final CRUD browser run passed at2026-10-27T07:03:22Z on disposable problem14: create/edit, persisted title/summary/content/constraints/hints/examples/languages, nonempty existing-tag create readback and tag clearing on update, publication and Console visibility. Invalid-child create returned400 with no row; invalid-child update returned400 retaining prior content/language. No mocks, paid models or production data. Disposable JVM heap capped512MiB to preserve existing PM2 memory gate.

Delivery

Merged source: 465b9fd031f2c398f39f4696d8b33360f635ed5d. Main CI and image publication passed all38 jobs: https://github.com/DavidHLP/UltiCode/actions/runs/40469432290 . All nine promoted image digests, signatures, SBOM/provenance attestations and evidence hashes were independently verified; seven existing backend v1.0.3 tags remained unchanged.

Published v1.0.4: https://github.com/DavidHLP/UltiCode/releases/tag/v1.0.4 . Eight durable assets include the exact merged source archive, complete image manifest/set, canonical evidence ZIP, verification report, notes, license and SHA256SUMS. All server asset hashes and a fresh downloaded checksum validation passed. No business production deployment was performed.
