Improve CLI handling and crawler link resolution

Changes Proposed

• Simplified the install and run instructions in README.md so the project is easier to start locally from a fresh environment.
• Updated the package metadata in pyproject.toml to align better with the current dependency set and to provide a proper CLI entry point.
• Added a package-local CLI wrapper in cli.py so the tool can be launched as a normal command after installation
• Added a release helper script at publish.sh for the later PyPI publish step.
• Added regression coverage for the CLI and crawler behavior in test_cli_and_crawler.py.
• Recorded the change in CHANGELOG.md.
