Summary

This pull request adds a consistent beginner-support path across the recovered 58-project curriculum and carries forward the reconciled local-first materials available after workspace recovery.

Every project root now contains a learner-safe START_HERE.md with a local-first first action, checkpoints, non-spoiling hints, expected evidence, and a route to instructor help. The public repository includes only the learner-facing boundary note; complete worked-solution guides remain in a separate instructor-only archive and are not included in this pull request.

The change set also includes the reconciled L2 source-contract, execution-pack, portfolio-status, and Emerging Tracks source materials that were present in the preserved workspace. Projects 55–58 add local model-risk/provenance, platform golden-path, policy-driven workload-cost, and FinOps learning tracks.

Validation

  • 58 learner START_HERE.md guides generated and present.
  • 58 corresponding instructor worked guides generated outside the repository.
  • 0 WORKED_SOLUTION.md files present in active student project roots.
  • 58 active-manifest START_HERE.md declarations verified in the recovery worktree.
  • Staged-diff whitespace check passed.
  • No large staged file exceeds 5 MiB.

Scope and boundaries

This pull request is source-only. It does not perform or authorize any cloud deployment, provider command, credential use, teardown, release, or live pilot. Project 53 remains the sole selected future L2 pilot; Project 52 remains reusable source-only material.

The branch was recovered from the public master baseline and overlaid with preserved non-conflicting local additions after a sandbox reset. Reviewers should inspect the full change set before merge, particularly the manifest and source-contract additions.

Recovery validation update

Validated at 31a8bca08b5518ec9e88e74b8b73fb20b79be3ec. The historical P0/P1/P2 hardening layer was unavailable from the recovered Git history and uploaded source archive. This PR therefore combines the uploaded original project source with a deterministic, local-first reconstruction overlay that restores the manifest-declared student and integrity contracts; it is not presented as a byte-for-byte historical restoration.

Independent post-repair audit: 58 project roots, 58 START_HERE.md guides, 58 manifest project entries, 0 missing manifest-declared active files, and 0 public worked-solution files. Local active-integrity, classroom, containment/P2 portfolio, canonical source-packet, clean-room runner, L2 source/execution-pack, and Emerging Tracks validations passed.

Current hosted PR checks are green, including Secret Scanning, Trivy, Super-Linter, changed-project validation, local quality validation, documentation build, and preview. The materials remain source-only/local-first: no cloud deployment, provider credential use, teardown, production release approval, or PR merge was performed.
